While we do not accept returns, all Yisel Jewelry products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your item has a covered defect, please contact us within the warranty period at (512) 660-5151 or info@yiseljewelry.com. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product type.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yiseljewelry.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see current promotions for details.

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Yisel Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
