While we do not accept returns, all Yisel Jewelry products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yiseljewelry.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Yisel Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
